We are pleased to report Imran Benson’s recent High Court success in defending law firm Gunnercooke in a £5m solicitors’ negligence claim brought by a peer-to-peer lender. The trial was conducted before Mr Justice Freedman last week. Following the closure of witness evidence, the parties agreed terms and the claim was dismissed by consent.
